There’s a time for technology, electronic devices and social media and there’s a time to unplug and really be in the moment. Put down your phone, iPad, camera or whatever device you use and actually be in the moment. We are all so caught up in taking pictures and capturing the moment that you actually miss the magic of that moment. Sure you have a crapy picture now on your phone to remember a quick second but do you really remember taking in the surroundings and specialness of it all? Probably not because how can one truly be in the moment when you are behind your phone the whole time.
Not only are you missing out on that specialness of whats happening you are also getting in the way. The bride and groom will miss moments of their own wedding day because there’ll be an iPad in the way. They will miss seeing their partner’s face as the bride walks down the aisle.
Guests with phones, iPads and cameras also get right in your photographer’s way. They often ruin many of shots for the photographer. They will make your photos worse. You’re paying a photographer quite a bit of money; that means you want great photos. How can they do their best work when guests are in their way.
The bride and groom want to see their guests as they walk down the isle and smile at their loved ones faces, not their phones.
Maybe these images will help convince you to have an unplugged wedding
